Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at KICHOY LLC. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help:

• Return Window: You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.

• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, digital goods, personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a notification about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
